SHOWROOM / SATELLITE SESSION

Industry sponsored session up to 60 minutes. Program subject to the approval of the Scand-LAS 2021 Scientific Committee.

  • This includes hall rental (for approx. 100 people), standard audio/visual equipment. 
  • Sponsored Symposium Program will be included in a designated industry section of the Final Program (subject to receipt by publishing deadline)
  • Sponsor will be acknowledged in a designated section of the Program
  • Time Slots: allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. Satellite sessions will be held as parallel sessions or during the lunch breaks. 

The supporting company, in addition to the support fee, must cover all speakers’ expenses, including registration fees, accommodation and travel expenses.
The company chooses the subject and nominates the speakers and chairpersons for the showroom. In order to ensure that the session meets the scientific standards of the Symposium, the scientific committee reserves the right to approve or reject any application.​

 

 

ADVERTISING OPTIONS

SYMPOSIUM BAG INSERT

Inclusion of max A4 brochure of 12 pages (max 80g) promotional material in the participants’ Symposium bags.
The materials should be provided by the Sponsor and approved by Organisers of Scand-LAS 2021.
     
ADVERTISEMENTS IN THE PROGRAMME BOOK

Full inside page (or half page) color advertisement in the programme book.
The programme book will contain information about the scientific programme and other useful information.​ It will be distributed to all registered participants in the Symposium bags.​
