Dear Scand-LAS meeting folk,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for contributing so cheerfully and enthusiastically to the meeting last week. After so long in relative isolation it was tremendous to meet you all, exchange ideas and opinions and to learn so very much. I am really very grateful to all of you. In the heat of the moment I neglected to hand over the Scand-LAS colours to Sweden at the closing ceremony, but in the less formal setting of breakfast at the hotel these are now in the safe-keeping of Madeleine and I look forward to the chance to visit Uppsala and see you again in 2023!
